1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the 7u77 platform and all its users. "Platform" refers to the 7u77 website, mobile application and all services operated through them. "User" refers to any person holding an active or inactive account registered on the platform.

"Services" refers to all entertainment offerings provided by 7u77, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, bonuses and VIP benefits. "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi currency.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy applies equally. In case of any conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform reserves the right to temporarily put withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

The 7u77 platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals through three mobile banking channels: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is added to the account balance.
• The user must ensure that the mobile banking number used is registered in their own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• For unusual transactions, 7u77 reserves the right to process the withdrawal after verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Accepting a bonus offer from 7u77 means you are required to follow the associated terms. A bonus cannot be withdrawn directly as cash under any circumstances — it becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 15x (fifteen times) applies to the bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus will be added and your total balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus but before completing the required wagering, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• 7u77 may change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of suspicious or automated bonus use is found, the account may be cancelled.
• A bonus amount is never direct cash given to the user — it is applicable for use in gaming activity.

5. VIP Program and Cashback Policy

The 7u77 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members move up to higher levels based on regular active play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings).

Example: If a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Cashback is automatically added to the account at the end of each week. Whether cashback can be withdrawn directly after it is received depends on the applicable wagering conditions. 7u77 has the final say on VIP level changes.

6. Gaming Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All users on the 7u77 platform must play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using automated software, bots or any form of automation.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Participating in any fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure by User

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process
